"Phenomenal stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Free champagne in the lobby in the afternoon. Valet was nice and car was easy to call via text. Room was spacious and clean. We got a beautiful view of the mountains. Location was perfect and everything downtown was walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again."

Donovan is absolutely phenomenal, he welcomed us with such a warm & friendly greeting, and the complementary champagne was a lovely touch too! "Perfect place to enjoy all Asheville has to offer. We did a quick get away and this hotel did not disappoint. It was centrally located to so many great shops and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. We will be back."

"Fabulous location within walking distance of the things we did in town. The room had an amazing view and we didn’t pay the extra to have the “mountain view” but still had a wonderful view. The bed was facing the window and away from the hall so that helped with the any possible noise and was nice to wake up to the view. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that valet parking was the only option. They were very quick to get the car but that was an added expense we didn’t know about. The bathroom was a beautiful set up and roomy but the shower was a little “breezy”. The opening was a little too large allowing in too much air for my taste but definitely livable for the few days we were staying there. The have champagne for the guest even if you are just sitting in the lobby to meet your party. That was definitely nice and they also had a coffee area with a Keurig so you could make a fresh cup of coffee anytime. Overall it was a very nice place and we would stay again."

"Wonderful place to stay while visiting Asheville. The staff was super welcoming and accommodating. Everyone spoke to you and created such a welcoming environment for our stay. The room was good size and clean. The entire hotel seemed to be well kept. We did not eat at the hotel so I can not comment on that, however the location is so convenient to so many places to eat. The location was fantastic too."
