"The Staff and Management are always amazing, you couldn't ask for any better. .I have stayed many times and the service , and staff are always making sure that you're enjoying your stay and that everything is to your liking to the best of their ability. . I wouldn't stay Anywhere else . They do need to update some of the rooms which they are working on. And the food at the Overlook Restaurant is amazing , Plus the waitresses make sure your dinning experience is the best you can have . There is one waitress she goes above and beyond to make your dining experience the best possibly her name is Cassie. To the Breakfast Chef and sous chefs, keep making amazing Dishes, that truly show off your skills."

"Went to the hotel for one night, and the lobby and the room were nice. The bed was a little hard. The shower water pressure was intense (so make sure the shower curtain is shut all the way). The TV had a whole 5 stations and no way to stream with our own personal streaming sites.The staff were very polite and helpful. Our main issue was the restaurant at the hotel. The food was subpar. At dinner, we went down, and there was only one server working that day, so we were understanding, and she did great. Just dinner was not great. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and went back for breakfast. Breakfast was even worse. We majorly felt robbed for the price of the buffet $17/person for the quality of the food. Was not worth the price we paid at all."

"Overall a wonderful experience. Beautiful lobby and bar. The hotel restaurant was the best food we had during our entire trip to Asheville. Service was too notch as well. The breakfast was worth the additional cost, without question. The room was outdated and the bathroom was small. I didn't care for the presence of dogs in the hallway along with their smell. I would stay here again, but tell them I have pet dander allergies."

"The hotel is really nice in a great location. My room was very clean and tidy, though the hotel seems a bit dated (not badly). The only thing I was not too fond of is the walk to my room from the main entrance (about 5 minutes). Nice sports facilities in the hotel resort!"
