"Asheville has a lot of apartments to choose from. What really puts this place over the top is the customer service. Specially from Hannah in the leasing office. She is beyond helpful and a joy to talk to. Thank you, Hannah, for making this place what it is."
"i had the pleasure of living here for 2.5 years! i first moved into a studio which was perfect and cozy but decided to get more space and transferred to a 2BR. Absolutely beautiful and vaulted ceilings with a nice wooded view (so nice for privacy and the rainy days were so peaceful) the office staff made the transfer so smooth and easy! i was here when Bethany was the community manager & was there for the transition with Susie! While i was sad to see Bethany go, Susie has definitely been a phenomenal community manager. Easily the most beautiful landscaping for apartments in the Asheville area, great community events & the staff is always easily accessible & super sweet! Only reason i left these apartments was because i moved into a home. I would’ve happily stayed longer if the opportunity didn’t come. The move out process was so easy and they were so understanding and patient with move out payments and such. While sweeten creek traffic isn’t always the best, the location can’t be beat. You’re 20ish mins away from downtown, mills river, hendersonville, close to airport road and grocery stores. Probably the best apartments i’ve lived in throughout the years!"
"Terrible Management UPDATE: See attached notice for a recent example of their pettiness. Everyone keeps things on their porches. They don't even want you to have patio furniture on your own patio. Don't let the term "common area" fool you. I received this notice about having patio chairs on my own patio where my storage is located. It is NOT a common area. The entrance through the patio is also not blocked by any obstruction and there is no barrier to entering or leaving. This is just the management being petty, again. ---------------------------------------------- 5 years of living here and the quality has never been as low as it is now with the current staff. The staff, namely the manager Zachary Lemon, show complete disregard for tenants and their property, citing the lease as any reason to enter your home, regardless of your privacy or presence. Prices continue going up and quality continues going down. They nitpick everything about what you have on your patio, which basically amounts to "don't have anything on your patio." Will charge you for their own equipment breaking in your home. (My hot water tank once burst, and they charged me for the water damage.) Good luck getting something fixed too. They'll spend thousands mowing the lawn but pinch pennies when it comes to repairs. Look elsewhere, there are better places down the road. Also, no recycling. They will give you any excuse not to do any actual work. Avoid this place."
"They need to work on retraining their office workers. When we moved in Bethany and Susie were both pleasant and accommodating. I’m not sure if either work there now as I haven’t spoken with them on the phone or email in a while. The biggest issue I have is with Hannah. She has a HUGE attitude problem. It’s to the point where my neighbor friends and I have an on going joke about if we get Hannah on the phone. It’s pretty clear she’s just there to get a paycheck and has no care for their residents."
"Lived here for a year and can say it was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental. The move in process was seamless, however we dealt with broken appliances, mold, bugs, and leaks, all issues brought up to the leasing office and maintenance which were either completely ignored or it took multiple calls and requests for them to look. We were eventually told to just fix our dishwasher ourselves because of the putrid smell it gave our dishes."
