"Not where I live but my boyfriend lives here so I’m here a lot. I’m baffled by the lack of help and how counterproductive the management here is. Vehicle was stolen and they called to ask if it was him messing with it. He was not home and with tons of concern said he wasn’t. The employee on the other line said that a group of men we’re messing with the vehicle causing damages to it. So, like anyone else, said to stop them! The complex said….”there’s nothing we can do, sorry!” Are you kidding me? Who calls someone, validates that something as extreme as there vehicle is being damaged and stole and says “sorry, can’t help you!” Really? They can’t say “excuse me, I’m on the phone with the owner and that’s not your vehicle!” I’m sure 100% they would say that if it was there’s or worse. And okay, if you don’t want to get involved, it’s 2023, you can’t take a photo of them? To give to the owner and the police? And hello?! CALL THE POLICE! Ridiculous. Poorly managed staff. Also has some system to have the rent paid in half they advertise religously because ya know, who can afford the cost of living in 2023 barely? Pretty much anyone. But guess what, when you have an issue with THEIR PROGRAM THEY SET UP ADVERTISE to pay for WHERE YOU LIVE, Guess what? They say, sorry we can’t help you! This has nothing to do with us! lol his oven has never worked the entire time he’s lived there. “Fully furnished” ya right, because you know who needs an oven to heat up food right? Finally, they used to have an awesome gym and clubhouse set up closer to their place that we’d use. And it’s never opened?! What’s the point?"
