"Office worker is extremely rude when I called. Cursed at me before she hung up on me when I was confirming information about a roach infestation. Update: I called as prompted by the owner on your reviews, but was connected to the dsame rude office worker. Don't waste your time with this place."

"Never fixes stuff when u send a request…. Fan has been broken sense I moved in and they were supposed to replace the dishwasher also,There has been an rv parked in the parking lot for 2 weeks taking up several spots so when I get home from my late night work shift I have no where to park but I pay to stay here. Also the on site manager is rude and doesn’t help with things the correct way charging me a 57 dollar late fee for one day late. Seen homeless people around and I really wonder if I’m safe here for the amount I pay.."

"If you are unavailable or for whatever reason unable to complete a maintenance request on a certain day just be direct and communicate that. Don't leave your tenants at home waiting all day for someone who simply cannot fit it into their workday."

"Terrible treatment of residents. When something breaks, you can wait a whole year for a fix. Every time they tell you that they will send someone for repairs. But nothing happens. They only know how to collect money. This is the only thing they do well and on time. why did you break the playground? where can the children play? because of the children, they hide in the bushes and make a mess. but it doesn't bother you. The only thing that bothers you is the flowers near the door"

"This place is absolutely garbage. If i could give 0 stars I would. They put us through hell when our apt flooded. Were very spiteful when we asked for it to be repaired. Told us one thing and then would turn around and tell us another. This place is absolutely garbage. And their prices do not match the area. Once decent priced “very ok” nothing more apartments, now think they are some 5 star premium experience. The place is ghetto and must not understand what neighborhood they are in. This place is for lower class yet again another apartment complex pushing the locals out. Try your luck with this place and youll be rolling the dice. Paid numerous “late fees” even when the rent was on time. Truly save your money, please for gods sake its worth it to pay $100 more for a decent apartment. Hope this place runs itself into the ground like they are on track to do. Mold everywhere, when I addressed them about it they tried to justify it by saying “there is mold in the kennelworth apartments(another property the own in asheville) too, its just part of it” oh and not to mention them trying to increase our rent in the middle of our lease TWICE."
