White Oak Grove Apartments

"My fiancé and I have had the privilege of living at White Oak Grove for over two years now and I have nothing but great things to say about our experience here. We live in one of the two-bedroom apartments with a cathedral ceiling, and the space feels so open, clean and there is tons of natural light. The apartment has hard wood floors (which are nice & easy to clean for any fellow dog owners), new appliances, a large balcony and tons of storage space. Coming from NYC to this complex was a breathe of fresh air, as we had grown quite accustomed to small spaces, lack of appliances and zero storage!! All of the neighbors we’ve had throughout our time here have been really lovely, and the community feels very safe. There is also a nice little dog park on the grounds here, which is a great perk for all the pups that live here! The property manager, Bettyann, really goes above and beyond for all of the residents here. She puts together community events, is quick to respond whenever a question arises, and greets everyone with a smile :) Rob, who handles maintenance of the complex, is wonderful and SO reliable as well! Whenever we need something fixed (which is not often given everything is new) Rob comes right away to help. There is also a fantastic gym in the complex, and while it is not a huge space, it has everything you could need to get a great workout in. For anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, affordable, and safe place to live in Asheville, I highly recommend White Oak Grove!!!"

"Living here was a great experience. The property manager Bettyann, really goes above and beyond to make living here an absolute joy! From start to finish you feel taken care of like you’re in good hands. The maintenance crew are also awesome, and resolved any issues I had with appliances and home equipment very promptly and professionally. I lived in building 3, and never heard that much from any of my neighbors. Maybe a dog bark every once in a while. There are monthly events at the apartment complex that were delightful and joyous. If offered a unique and fun experience to get to know your neighbors. Everyone I met who lived there generally seemed positive. I never had any friction with anyone and it seems to be all in all a peaceful community. I would definitely live here again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment with a peaceful and unique vibe. Thank you!"

"Extremely Well Managed and maintained. Locally Owned. New! Competitively priced. Great room layouts and lines of sight. Most would kill for our pantry and closets! Serene Balcony and Cathedral Ceilings. Energy efficient. The Gym is just the right size and not crowded. A sense of community. Location is great--Starbucks, Chipotle, Sushi, Mexican, Lebanese, and more just down the hill. Four grocery stores nearby. And Haywood in West Asheville is around the corner. Couldn't be more pleased!"

"This is the only apartment I have lived in that I actually miss! After leaving (moved out of state), I have often thought about my time there and how special it was. Beautiful, updated apartments; gorgeous views, friendly neighbors…did I mention the HUGE bath tubs? Bettyann is the property manager. She goes above and beyond to get to know you (and your pup if you have one). My puppy Max would drag me to office daily to get treats from Bettyann. The highlight of my day! By far, the best place to live in Asheville!"
