"10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and luxurious place to live. The views are beautiful, the other residents are so friendly, the staff is so welcoming, and the safety here is amazing. Ashleigh, Sarah, Savanna, and maintenance are awesome and have really served this place well. LOVE it here and again would recommend for anyone wanting to live in Asheville. If you visit, check out the private hiking trail, my dogs also love it :)"

"Staff is so nice! Complex has amazing views. I feel incredibly safe here as well with the latch app and gate. Being here 6 months I’m very pleased. Coming from Raleigh, NC and my car was stolen at my apartment this was a great need for safety. One complaint is there is not enough pet waste stations to ratio of dogs in the complex. I believe that more waste stations need to be provided and could help with the current complaint from the staff. Being a dog owner myself where one is elderly/disabled…walking across the complex to the only waste station for two buildings is inconvenient. But other than that which I think is an easy remedy. Enclave Piney Mountain has been one of the best complexes I have lived in since 2019. ———— Thank you for your response. Do please consider more pet waste stations for the tenets. There is only 4 on the premises and 1 is share between 2 buildings. Thank you!"

"An oasis you can call home! I can go on and on with the dream I’ve made a reality by choosing EPM! The views are stunning, amenities are world class & the community is truly just that, a community. Sarah was the best on getting us acclimated into our home seamlessly. The maintenance staff are always so helpful. If you are debating choosing this place to call home, honestly look no further. I especially love how centrally located everything is from here. I’ve been here a month and looking forward to many more years to come."
