"Don't even consider this one. Property seems fine but the office management was bad enough to scare me off before I signed a lease. After being encouraged to asap, so I didn't loose the spot, I applied, and called a week later to see how it was going. They then very clearly looked at my application for the first time. After 30 seconds of doing their job they realized they needed more financial information. I provided that information immediately and was told I would be called back that day. The next day when nothing had happened I went in personally to find the office worker at his desk, doing nothing. I then sat down and basically forced him to do what he said he was going to do the day before. This took no more than 15 minutes. Then they needed further identifying information. I went and got the information, and returned that day. I was then told that he would process the information and email me to confirm it went through. A week later when no contact had been made I went in to the office again to cancel my application. Once they heard the bad news they start trying spin half-truths and tell me the website sends automatic emails. Now I'm waiting for a refund for who knows how long. After the whole experience I feel like I dodged a bullet and the management here isn't malicious, just plain incompetent."

"This complex is very affordable for the area and has a nice pool and gym. Autumn who works at the office is also very friendly and helpful. She took the time to sit with my husband and I and explain all of the different layouts. She gave us copies off all the units we were interested in with extra hand written notes on the differences. The maintenance men are also very kind and hardworking. Overall a great place to live!"

"I’ve lived here for 4 years and the grounds have been maintained , but have been really looking great in the past year. The office is extremely friendly and responsive. Maintenance problems have been handled promptly for me. There is no recycling receptacle anywhere which is a negative. I Have had extreme difficulty with the internet service but I have not heard the same from my neighbors so I am assuming it’s my unit in particular. It is generally very pleasant and quiet with friendly neighbors and staff. Super convenient location with lots of parking."

"The staff and maintenance team at Parkway Crossing Apartments has always been stellar when it comes to any questions or issues. The moving process was rather painless, you just need to be sure of all requirements with payment and other processes. The location and quality beget the high price of rent. That is one of the only reasons that I cannot rate it 5 stars. The other reason of note is that the complex was built many (30+?) years ago, so the infrastructure could use some work for sure. But otherwise, it has been a pleasant stay. Thank you Parkway Crossing Team!"

"I want to thank the staff and maintenance team for such great service. I have arthritis and I walk with a cane, so sometimes I have trouble taking out my trash. I contacted the office for some help and maintenance came right away to help me. I truly appreciate such great service. The Parkway Crossing staff and maintenance team are incredible. It feels like family here!"
