"Fox Creek is an excellent place to call home. From office personnel to maintenance wonderful interactions with all. My building has great renters that are respectful of those working. After 10pm you don't hear much noise. The only concern I have is rent. My rent went up $30 every year, except in 2023 it went up $200. Plus they added garbage & pest control, and took away cable. Being a single person it's very hard to make your bills. I was going to retire this year, HOWEVER not sure if I can with another lease coming up."

"Edit: I have spoken to the staff and the people causing all the noise and crime are not on a lease. They are living in the apartment illegally and the leasing staff is working actively to have them removed. My first week was rough with my car being broken into and getting no sleep due to loud neighbors. I am hopeful that with staff working to rectify the problem, things will get better. The pool is wonderful. Never too cold, very clean and nice. Lovely brand new pool furniture. The apartment has new carpet and paint and is very comfortable. I love that it is cozy and small, but big enough for a small sectional and arm chair, as well as a large entertainment center and bookshelf. The kitchen doesn't have much cabinet space, but that is easily rectified by using small stackable storage shelves to make extra room. I also use a long three tiered shelf below the bar/island to store my pots/pans/canned goods. The kitchen has a lot of space to move around and I love it. It also has the perfect sized dishwasher for one person. I love having Washer/Dryer hookups in the walk-in closet. It's been so wonderful to have access to my own and has saved my lots of money. (I rent mine through AZUMA) The closet has lots of storage space. Overall, the apartment and amenities are 10/10 Noise is definitely a problem, but staff are working hard to fix it. I do wish the mailboxes weren't down in the laundry room, but it's not a huge issue."

"We have been residents of Fox Creek Apartment for over three years. Our experience has been a excellent one. We enjoy living here at Fox Creek Apartments. All the management is professional and attentive to the needs of the resident. It is a great community to live in, the grounds are always we’ll keep and the neighbors are nice. The maintenance team are experienced and friendly and respond in a timely manner. The Manager Heather and Assistant ManagerDinah are friendly and are available to assist or provide information. In addition, we are less than 10 minutes from Winston Salem shopping centers. This truly a great place to live!"
