"Our family had a good stay there. Everyone provided good service. Hannah at the front desk was exceptional. I asked her if they had some coloring books for my kids. She was very kind and professional and showed me all the options. Very thoughtful. She is great!"

"Location is great and the design/art is great. I received good service while at the hotel, unfortunately that did not continue after I called to discuss a charge made by mistake to my card. The receptionist that I spoke with was dismissive and unfriendly to say the least, she tried but was unable to help. This was ultimately resolved by calling the billing department (which was difficult to get a hold off), I wish they can provide a better service even after check out."

"Lovely hotel. Happy hour. Lovely bathrooms for the larger rooms. Only downfall was the rec center being rented out the entire time we were there. We planned a staycation at this hotel specifically for all the amenities and fun things to do right in the hotel and it was closed. Not sure why you’d rent out a hotel rec center. Just go to Dave and busters. They should at least post or let people know. Probably would’ve planned it another weekend."

"I just want to shout out the amazing staff at Kimpton Cardinal Hotel. Specifically, I received amazing customer service from Hannah Taylor. We had a package shipped to the hotel to be held until check in and we thought maybe it hadn't been delivered due to some weird Fedex notifications. Hannah went out of her way to check all around the hotel for it and even updated me several times until the package was located. I really appreciated her amazing customer service and her dedication to helping me today!"

"This is an elegant hotel at a reasonable price. I love IHG properties and we usually stay in Holiday Inn Express locations as we travel, simply because they are usually outside the center of the city and easily accessible to the freeway. This property would be ideal for someone staying in the city for business, the rooms are lovely and comfortable and include a well stocked mini bar. They have a delightful lobby with a nice coffee bar; friendly, courteous service. I would stay in this hotel anytime."
