"Very nice hotel.. comfy beds and cozy, clean rooms. Very nice lobby area as well but honestly my favorite thing about this hotel is the pool!! Located in what some would call a courtyard like space it's just perfect!! Very quiet and laid out just right! The location is absolutely perfect and every staff member I encountered during my stay was courteous and helpful."

"An excellent downtown location with free parking if you are staying in Winston. All staff were extremely courteous and conscientious in whatever role they had. This is a unique hotel that is not a chain. They had interesting decor albeit dated The event I attended had adequate facilities and catering. The free breakfast is only coffee, juice, breads and pastries I paid $10 to room charge for hot breakfast for two and it was decent with protein options similar to other free hot breakfast offerings so worth $5 per person."

"Ok if you just need a quick place to stay. I was only in town for business.The front desk staff were all courteous and professional. The rooms overall were dated and the fixtures were dusty. Bedding and towels were clean. I usually clean and sanitize my room when I check in anyway. Another guest did attempt to enter my room, but she said she was given a key and told that it was her room. I probably would look at better options if I return. No on-site restaurant and the breakfast that’s included is bagels, pastries, coffee, and juice. There’s an extra charge for a “hot breakfast”."

"Just remember you get what you paid for. My room was $78 and worth every penny. With that said, the room and hotel needs and lot of tender love and care. I am 5’9” and I had to bend to get my hair wet. The soap and shampoo dispensers were very difficult to get anything thing out of it. A razor was left from previous person, kinda gross. But the bed was clean and comfortable. The employees checking everyone is were courteous and kind. The breakfast was VERY grab and go. Only a few choices. Plan to go out to breakfast."

"Great location, close to everything downtown. Hotel always clean and well kept. Rooms always very clean with pretty comfortable beds. We have stayed here before but this time the a/c went out in our room the 2nd night we were there and we had to be moved to another room. It was inconvenient to have to move, but the hotel staff was very helpful and even upgraded our room. The a/c in the next room was not on and took a long time to cool the room since the room was more like a small studio apartment. We still enjoyed our night and our stay overall. The pool is wonderful, nice size with a very nice pool deck with tables. We love this hotel and the area and will return again!"
