"The staff is AMAZING! We checked in 1/26/24 ... we can't not say enough good things ...we travel often with our 2 large pitbulls and this hotel was the most accommodating nicest personable people ...very clean rooms clean downtown area ... honestly it was the staff from the check in to the valet doorman the manager the bartender it was one of the best experiences!"
"I stay in a lot of hotels, and this hotel was cool, but there were just a few things that could have been better First off, the service here is excellent - everyone is very professional and the Valet team is excellent, and very helpful The location is good, and fairly convenient, but you really do need the Valet - there is no parking nearby. For those walking, the Innovation Quarter is under construction, so the entire block behind the hotel is under construction, and there is no street parking. The construction isn't loud or anything - just inconvenient and in the way. The room itself was alright - I love the historic feeling of the building, but becuase it is historic, it's quite creaky, and you can hear a lot of the other patrons. My particular shower wasn't the best, but it was fine. The beds are very comfortable Overall a good stay in a good part of Downtown, with good staff"

"This hotel is HOT GARBAGE. We arrived around 10pm and despite having the office door open it took the night attendant a full 10 minutes to acknowledge us. The valet had to get them up off their a** to help. When we got to our room we found human hair on the pillows, peanuts strewn about, finger nail clippings, the sink and bathroom mirror had not been cleaned, the floor boards were covered in filth, and there was a pile of hair in the corner of the bathroom. We left immediately because I am pregnant and we have a 2 year old and I could not handle how dirty this place is. I have called to speak with management 10+ times to get a refund and they have never called me back. You would think that you would at least get an apology for giving a guest a nasty room. To date I have not received an apology or a refund for a room that I did not sleep in. Oh and they charged us for valet parking and our car is in their lot for less than 20 minutes."
"We booked here because it was dog friendly. The staff was VERY kind at every interaction, however this hotel is a parking nightmare with a public deck blocks down and no real spots to pull up for valet. My biggest complaint is that this hotel is incredibly noisy. The walls are paper thin. We were put next to the ice maker (fine, no biggie until someone gets ice in the middle of the night) and the elevator (fine except the comings and goings every hour during the night). But the worst was a couple down the hall screamed at each other for HOURS. Well after midnight, I gave up and called the front desk. The guest services gentleman was very kind, but he had no security to assist him with an escalating situation. The price+noise+parking has left me uninterested in revisiting this location despite the helpful and kind personnel."
