"If I could give 0 stars I would. When we arrived they gave us the wrong room. They fixed it but the new room had no towels or anything. They didn't give me any till the next day. Then the next day when we needed something there was no one at the front desk. This place is the worst."

"We pulled in the parking lot of your establishment to rent a room for the evening. Upon parking out front, a lady came out and was verbally abusive A another customer (I assume). She spoke to him very rudely and front of a whole group of people. The right thing to do would have been to pull him aside and have a private conversation. But that did not happen. We made the decision to leave and go find a different hotel for the evening. That was the most unprofessional act I have seen in a long time. When other customers see your staff treating other customers this way, we will make the obvious decision to go elsewhere. OK"

"Worst motel ever, no chair in the room had to sit on the bed. Roaches everywhere. Dirty towels. No remote control for the TV. Waffle machine broken. Shower curtains were bent and water run on the floor. Never again will they get any of my money. This place is a joke. This Quality Inn SUCKS. Bed bug infestation, I'm itching all over. Very miserable with welts all over my body."

"Refrigerator was missing. Front desk was rude, had no clean towels. Then a nearly empty motel a family of 5 was put right beside us. The parent was only interested in screaming back at the children as they screamed at her. Very unpleasant."

"I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Pay an extra few dollars for a place to stay for your own safety. I couldn’t even unpack before having to leave. The door wouldn’t shut completely, everything was nasty, I didn’t feel comfortable touching anything. After witnessing a drug deal outside of the window, I left and lost $65."
