"Beautiful Apartments! Friendly neighbors! Great and safe neighborhood! My only issue is my upstairs neighbors have to many dogs! Day and night all I hear is dogs howling and barking and it sounds like they are tearing the place up. They have a huge pit bull which I’m not comfortable with at all and also they just got another pit bull. I refuse to let my grandson play outside due to this knowing if those dogs break those leashes and attack my grandson he would not survive it. That’s my only downside so besides those pit bulls this is honestly a safe and great place to live."

"I’ve seen negative reviews on here, but can truthfully say I’ve had nothing but an incredible experience with the property management, maintenance, and other tenants. The office staff is very accommodating, and the rent is reasonable for the amenities and size of unit. Very friendly neighborhood, and great facilities. They are always hosting events for residents, and make you feel like part of the community. Definitely recommend Brookberry if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing and safe community!"

"Moving in and signing the lease was the easiest process I have ever had as far as moving into a new living situation goes. The staff here are exceptional and extremely nice. If I have ever had a problem in my apartment, the maintenance is there to fix it within hours of that same day. The amenities are up to date and the apartment was extremely clean the day we moved in. I would recommend calling the reserve at Brookberry farms home ten out of ten times to anyone who is looking for a great apartment in a safe location!"

"I have lived here for 2 years and a half now. I love this place. My apartment was and still is impeccable. Some people say it is pricey but for what we get in return I don't think that is the case. We have cable and internet included in the rent, when you do the math it is the same price you would pay in other apartments in the area that do not have everything The Reserve offers. None of them has a Farm House you can reserve for private gatherings and that is a plus. Swimming pool and gardens are very well maintained. Administration takes care of any issues right away. If they keep their standards high, this place will continue to be a resort like one."

"I called The Reserve at Brookberry Farm HOME for 2 years. Very spacious 1 Bedroom with over 900 square feet, granite counter tops, great appliance package, friendly office and maintenance staff. Amenities included resort style pool, movie theater, gym, farmhouse and dog park. These apartments are a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for (Internet and cable included in rent). I always felt safe here, lots of parking, multiple trash dumpsters on site. Maintenance is great, AC went out in August and they had it fixed within a couple hours. Office staff has changed recently but everyone is super friendly and helpful. The only reason I moved was for a new job out of town."
