"I am really enjoying living here so far. I really like the size of the 1 bedroom A3 compared to others in the area. Much more spacious than the competition. I also really like the size of the building, it is on the smaller side with just 36 apartments. The location is fantastic, I really like that I am within a couple minutes of 3 grocery stores including Trader Joes which is the best. There is also a walking trail right out the door so you can go for a jog or walk. It is also just a couple blocks from Downtown which is fun. There has been a few minor items that needed addressing once I moved in however the leasing agent Carol and onsite maintenance team, Tyler and Jacob have been very friendly, helpful and efficient in resolving any of the small items that have come up."
