"Apartments are not cleaned well, or truly at all, when you move in. Front office will blatantly ignore your emails about time-sensitive matters, pretend that the manager Danielle is busy on phone calls or in meetings, etc. No one who works here will go out of their way to help you with even the smallest things. They also will not follow the lease as is written and will make up 'rules' that are not in the lease to fit their needs. You're at their whim, unfortunately, and they do not care about you. The furniture included in apartment rooms -- like the desk, chair, dresser -- is badly damaged. Visitor parking is only at the very beginning of the apartment complex and they have security towing cars constantly. Don't expect to be able to park near your unit after 9pm regardless."
"The verge is great and provides a convenient living situation especially for college students. They provide inspections and have a maintenance crew in order to fix any problems you might be having. They have both 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and are perfect for anyone looking to live with friends!"
"Staying at the Verge Apartments is great. The people are really nice and helpful whenever you need it. The bedrooms are spacious and having our personal bathrooms and walk in closets is the best part."
"The apartment itself has been great. They have a great maintenance system, it seems to take 2-3 days tops to get anything fixed. The only thing I haven’t liked is that they don’t have cameras outside. Would just make me feel a bit safer. Other than that I’ve had a great experience!"
"This place blatantly robbed me of my money. I currently live here and they offered a lower renewal rate if you signed your lease by a certain time and are one of the first 20 people to do so. I tried doing this at the exact minute they were supposed to send out renewal information to all residents at the same time. I never received a new lease option via email or my resident portal. I tried calling multiple times to no answer. I also went in person to the office after a while because I just figured they might have been having trouble sending the stuff out, which I would have understood. After going in person, they manually sent the info to me to sign, but at this point, the lowered rate was no longer available and I had to settle and pay more. I even spoke with the property manager who denied everything I said. I know for a fact I never received a lease renewal option when they were supposed to send it and they deny any issue on their end claiming I made a mistake. Also, while I was in the office trying to figure out this stuff, I could hear other employees on the phone discussing the same issue with other residents, so I know they had trouble sending leasing info to multiple people, which they also deny. Long story short, I am convinced the verge is being run inadequately and probably illegally. Edit: The employees I spoke to throughout this whole incident were perfectly polite. It was the property manager giving me trouble."
