"I've lived at the Lofts for nearly two years and find my place to be pretty much ideal. The location is great, and I happen to have a wonderful view of the Reynolds Mansion from my windows. Neighbors are friendly and quiet, the buildings and grounds are well cared for--all in all, it's an expertly managed, very pleasant complex. Deserving of special mention, though, are Daniel and Brian, the two maintenance staff who have come to my aid for the several repair needs I've had. They're both friendly and unfailingly eager to help, utterly professional in their conduct, always courteous, and unusually flexible and agreeable to any individual preferences in terms of prearranging a visit, calling ahead, etc. In every instance one or the other has come late the same day or the very next to take care of a reported maintenance problem. They're both skilled and knowledgeable, too, with many years of relevant experience. I'm compelled to comment at length because I think it's rare to have two such superb, wholly reliable maintenance guys always ready and willing to help whenever the need arises. The last thing I want is maintenance-related difficulties, and, quite luckily, I'm totally free of them here."

"i really enjoyed living at these apartments from 2021 to early 2022. the units were well maintained, amenities were nice. you will hear your neighbors especially on a ground floor unit, but that’s to be expected. when the property changed owners and inspections became frequent and inconvenient, and they raised the rent significantly, i didn’t renew my lease. the move-out process was easy enough, until a few months had passed after move-out and i had to threaten to sue to get my security deposit back. the property staff and maintenance guys are very nice and responsive; i believe the property owners were to blame here. TLDR; don’t move here unless you’re ready to lawyer up upon move-out."
