"Would give it 5 stars but kids run around like lunatics in to the night. Parents seem to not care. Been there 5 years, great apartments. You pay, rent(raised every year) lights, gas, water bill and rental insurance like you own a home, why don't know. NY doesn't do that for apartment rentals."

"I'd leave a minus if possible. Do not move here! They only care about their money & not your health & safety. They paint over mold, do the bare minimum for repairs, if you can call it that. They charge you for pest control but they never come. They make you pay insurance but your insurance doesn't cover maintenance neglect. Overpriced & under served. You've been warned. They also run lotteries here & there to give them a good review for a break on your rent of $200."

"The staff where nothing but kind to my Fiance and I. We have lived here a year and love every minute of it. Any complaints/issues we had were resolved in a timely manor and they made sure it was complete to our satisfaction. Any time we called they answered with a wonderful greeting. All office staff where eager to assist us in any and everything we needed. I have loved living here at these apartments and would recommend it to anyone."

"I only put one star because I had to to post this review. My roommate and I moved in on August 12th and now we are at a whole other complex that is SOOO much better. Upon arrival our keys were not cut so we had to wait for that. We kept seeing different kinds of bugs, it took them almost 2 months to fix our entrance light, they came and fixed our lock on our door and just left the tape on the side of the door frame (like they don't care about appearance), since the day we moved in we kept asking them to clean the stairwell, it looked like our neighbors just tossed their couch off their balcony and it took them 2 weeks for them to move it after we asked several times before that, a female resident got robbed, but the two things that really set it off even more was that one night a young man was just casually chilling ON MY CAR like it was his and then to top that off there was mold in our cabinet, YES MOLD! Apparently, another resident had mold in her closet also. AFter telling them we had mold they simply came in and wiped it out and did not have any sense of urgency. At least once or twice a week we had to go to the office or call because they never came to fix things like they said they would! We made a list at least 3 times of things that needed to be fixed. This was our first apartment experience and it was HORRIBLE. But then of course once I contacted the BBB everything seemed to get fix with a quickness. It is amazing how a threat like that makes them fix things that could have been done all along! I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Yes, the rent is cheap but safety was/is more important to us and we just did not feel safe and the vibe and appearance just did not sit well with us (when we came to look at the apartment several times before we did not get a bad vibe, but we were wrong) . We had to break our lease ASAP because we absolutely hated it. The people around there are just disrespectful and inconsiderate and obviously do not care about the environment they live in. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it just got to the point where it was ridiculous and we felt like they did not care or have a sense of urgency to fix things, especially mold!"

"I have lived in this complex for 5 years and cannot tell you how many times I've been to the office and was told "we're under new management". To be truthful the only reason I'm still here is because of my finances at this time. Whenever you call in a work order it will take weeks if ever before anything is carried out. The office staff always talk to you as if what you have going on is not a priority and they will get to it wherever they can.The apartments are old so there are places on my ceiling with cracks and peeling paint. In 2015 there was this big renovation project that I'm sure is not complete. They are advertising features we do not have. There has never been 2 pools since I moved here, no fitness center,bark park or playground. The back of the complex where I live is trashy, the stairwells are trashy and the lights are burned out. The dumpsters are awful.People let their pets poop wherever.As you can see my complaints go on forever. To sum it up I agree with all of the other 1 star reviews."
