"Do NOT move here. Maintenance entered my apartment 3 days straight stealing my children’s toys, shoes & clothes. The leasing office staff could care less! They told me that the maintenance would be fired, however they are now trying to say that I violated my lease by moving out however I was not on a lease at all. Maintenance claims they were doing a walk through however there was no notice put in to leasing office about moving out, which means maintenance entered with no permission. I left my apartment Tuesday and locked the door, came back Friday the door was locked. Upon entering, they had emptied my children’s piggy bank only taking the quarters. Toys that were still boxed, clothes, and brand new shoes! Leasing office staff has the NASTIEST attitude, are no help whatsoever. They said the area manager would be contacting me that has yet to happen."

"The apartments are nice, but the downside is the walls are thin!! And if you're on the first or second floor you will regret it! Especially, if your neighbor has grade school children. Move ONLY to the third floor. I've lived here for two years now, and WE ABSOLUTELY HATE IT!! As mentioned in other reviews, management does NOTHING about continuous noise complaints from tenants. My neighbor continues to violate the SO CALL lease agreement. She allows her children to do just as their pleased. That means running and jumping throughout the day and night. And this happens daily! She plays her music and television loud after eleven p.m. Including the children running around after midnight into the early morning hours. But I was told by management(Brooke), that it's apartment living. No! That's inconsiderate, disrespectful people! Followed by poor actions of management. If the leasing agreement was actually enforced, maybe things would be better. If you enjoy a decent place to call home, I STRONGLY SUGGEST you look elsewhere. PLEASE DO NOT OVERLOOK THE OTHER REVIEWS CONCERNING THIS PROPERTY! The BAD DEFINITELY OUTWEIGHS THE GOOD!! I LOOK FORWARD TO MOVING MY FAMILY! I ABSOLUTELY DREAD RENEWING MY LEASE! I HATE PAYING MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO LIVE HERE! KEEP LOOKING"

"I wish I could give it no stars. Management doesn't do anything about the neighbors making noise kids running in the apartment all day. You have to live on your neighbor schedule. If the people above you get up at 6am then you will to. They tell you to call the police but that makes the problem wost and they still don't do anything about it. You can't watch t.v during the day if your upstairs neighbors kids is running. Not worth the money to live on somebody else's schedule. And not to Mention you can't go to sleep until 11pm."

"Inquired about 3 bedroom apartment and was told there may be one available that very next week. Never received a call back and the person I was to speak with was not returning my calls. Finally spoke with someone only to find out I had to be placed on a waiting list. Very unprofessional that I was told something that wasn’t true. Now me and my kids are without a place to live. It only takes one phone call to let someone know what’s going on. I was really in need of a place to stay. If you can’t do your job you need to quit! You are getting paid!!"

"This has been my place to live going on 2 years now and I love it over here. My apartment have everything I needed to live comfortable. The office manager is very helpful and she takes care of my concerns also maintenance Kenneth gets the job done. I love the community I live in. The only thing I wish Enclave would consider getting is a pool over here and speed bumps ☺ Update2020!!! Posted this review a couple years ago and I don’t feel the same as I did when I first moved here. Although I love my apartment, management is the worst, the residents in the front don’t have parking spaces for guest or for handicap an the office manager rides around talking to guest about towing there cars!!! They don’t answer phone calls and don’t respond though the app for maintenance request! I live more on the side of Enclave where cars are literary flying around the corner and is not safe for my grandchild sense my response two years ago considering speed bumps, THAT NEVER HAPPENED! Sense I’ve lived here we have not had a stable, dependable office manager and that is frustrating! I also understand that we are facing covid 19 and everyone has to follow certain Procedures but this community is locking tenants out of the office an when you knock they still won’t come to the door as long as everyone is 6 feet an wearing a mask it shouldn’t be a problem when tenants visit the office"
