"BIGGEST SCAM EVER! DO NOT LIVE HERE! Staff is non existent here and will make sure that you DO NOT get the help you need. Walls are as thin as paper. Showers don’t even get hot here! Not to mention the AWFUL PARKING.Towed me in my own spot the other day because I was parked on the lines!"
"Stay away from this overpriced nightmare!!! Should have known when they gave our first apartment away after already signing our paperwork. Awful move in from the start. Doors not working or locking, not answering the phone or solving problems in a timely manor. Terrible parking, terrible management. Boone is a beautiful place, don’t let this place ruin it for you like it has for many others."
"How are NONE of yall in the office during business hours? I’ve sent emails, called multiple times, and have not reached ANYONE. Yall have my packages that are important, parking passes that people need so they don’t get TOWED, and maintenance requests that CANT GET FULFILLED WITH NO ONE IN THE OFFICE!!!!!!!!!! After calling them on the following Monday, they proceeded to tell me that no communication was sent out to residents in regards to their absence over the break or the parking passes, just to their team. That makes sense to yall?"
"Wish there was a way to give the Finmore a zero rating! Don’t fall for their smoke and mirrors. This place is ratchet and the employees are taught to deflect and blame. After 3 requests to have the washing machine checked, Chris informed me the garbage disposal must be run first. He insisted that the “washer” had been fixed…he was looking at the work orders. When I questioned what the garbage disposal had to do with the washing machine, Chris quickly understood the error he and The Finmore had made. The Finmore had “repaired” the dishwasher rather than the appliance listed in the work order which was the washing machine. During the fire inspection the broken smoke detector laying on the kitchen counter with a note requesting that the smoke detector be replaced was ignored. The battery was not changed, the detector was not replaced but the unit was marked as “passed inspection”. How can an apartment pass a fire inspection without a working smoke detector? Our unit was charged extra pet fees yet there has never been an animal in the unit. Three months worth of pet fees, a pet deposit and late charges all for a nonexistent pet. This place is a joke and is run by poorly trained employees who are unable to take responsibility for their own mistakes and oversights."
"This place has left me with more stress than is necessary. On move in last august I had to fight for the code to my door and for a key to a now broken door. I also had a negative experience with another resident knocking on my door at all hours of the night and waiting outside. To which the Finmore never reached back out after I expressed concern for my safety. And when I further inquired they honestly took it as a joke. Also not to mention the fact that they could not replace the lock on my door. So there would be times the lock would not lock and my door was left open until the leasing office decided what time it would open for the day. As there is no maintenance on the weekends. There was also constant construction and random fire alarms after the flooding in December which would cause immense stress to myself and dog. Also not to mention the fact that the leasing office is ran by students who give false information. This place is a complete money grab that falsely advertises their amenities.(amenities are always closed/broken) All this to say the only qualified employees of the Finmore are the maintenance guys. They did everything they could to help."
