"This hotel is WONDERFUL! The customer service is above and beyond. We were greeted with treats and water, room is a nice size and clean, and breakfast in the morning was perfect. There are many restaurants and downtown Boone is close by. This is the second time we have stayed here in 3 years and I would highly recommend. We have young children and they make travel a little easier. They do a really nice job across all aspects of our stay, thank you!"

"I came here last minute and they accommodated my needs, plus gave me a discount. The 2 Queen Suite was huge! The pool was heated and the breakfast was better than average. They have a comfortable lobby and clear the parking lot if it snows."

"A+++ customer service! We had the absolute best experience staying at this hotel. It was not only very clean, the rooms were spacious, we were greeted with cookies and a gift bag of bottled waters. Our daughter left her favorite stuffed animal behind and we didn’t realize it until we had returned home. Bennett at the service desk was so helpful with finding the lost stuffy, even sending a photo to provide our daughter comfort! It was so thoughtful and definitely going above and beyond - we truly appreciate all the staff and their dedication to making this stay perfect!"

"We were beyond pleased with this fabulous Hampton Inn--one of the cleanest ever! Every single employee was friendly. We were welcomed at checkin with a personalized note, waters, and fresh sugar cookies. A few "little things" that made a huge difference in our stay: - The bathroom exhaust fan actually worked - Shower curtain didn't blow - Tons of bathroom surface and storage space - Heat and ac worked great and room was comfy - Coffee always plentiful at all hours Breakfast selection was phenomenal and clean. They went above and beyond to ensure sanitary self-service. Would highly recommend staying here!"
