"I’ve honestly loved living here. Management, even after the new takeover, has been wonderful. Everyone here is relatively quiet, and since it’s only graduate students and professionals it’s even better. Parking is a bit tight for anyone that doesn’t have a penthouse unit, but it’s not impossible. The one bedroom units are really nice, and definitely larger than others in the area."

"The Lofts is the fifth place I've lived in Boone during my undergraduate, graduate, and professional career and I have been extremely impressed. The rent is affordable, the units are modern and aesthetically pleasing, and I have appreciated the quiet atmosphere. It has been a great experience working with the landlord, Madge, as well as maintenance staff. I have been impressed with the promptness of response when issues arise or the willingness to be flexible with scheduling maintenance, etc. I am only moving due to a new job elsewhere, but if I remained in Boone, I would have lived here long-term."

The apartments are beautiful and stocked with tons of storage space. The grounds are well maintained, and all maintenance request has been handled swiftly and professionally. The owner, Madge, has been responsive and it is obvious that she works hard for every resident. Leaps and bounds above any other apartment complex in Boone."

"The lofts at University Hall are a hidden gem in Boone. Living at the Lofts has been my best housing experience in my 5 years of renting in Boone. The owner Madge Dillard is friendly and is dedicated to making the property an excellent place to live. Maintenance is friendly and responds quickly to any requests or concerns. The units are well appointed with large kitchens, solid surface floors, quality appliances, and large windows. I would recommend living at the lofts to anyone looking for a quiet and respectful living environment where studying or working can be successfully accomplished without distraction!"
