"My husband and I were in town for outdoor hockey classic on Saturday night and booked our stay at 315@Loho. Very nice hotel and in excellent location ! Close to light rail station and several excellent microbreweries. My stay was extended due to emergency hospitalization of my husband. The hotel became my home away from home and the kindness, compassion and care extended by all the staff was incredible. Thank you Ashley, Valerie, Kennedy, Lela and everyone who works at 315@Loho! I cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff, location and comforts are all top notch! My husband and I look forward to our next visit to Charlotte and stay at 315@Loho."

"Upon my arrival there were what appeared to be homeless people loundering outside on the corner of the hotel. Then someone was right out front with blood dripping from their hand..who knows from what. Pictures online are misleading. Hallway carpet soiled and had a mildew smell. I told front desk clerk I didnt feel safe staying and why. She wouldn't refund me for a room I booked 45 mins prior online and then showed up to this ran down dump! I asked to see the room. Mildew smell. Very Super 8 vibes. I never stayed, never even checked in! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They could've refunded me but they're obviously pressed for money because nobody is staying at the ran down establishment. The reviews are fabricated from family and friends who know the manager. What hotel room doesn't even provide a phone!?!? Anything could happen. Spend a little extra and get you a nice and clean hotel room!"

"Great stay! Nice hot water, clean, and quiet! The location had me a little nervous, but once on the property, all was fine. Plenty of parking. Their ice machines were down, but the staff was very accommodating and was able to fill our small travel cooler."

"Nice clean hotel. Like the ad says no frills such as no breakfast like most places... No phones in rooms... That's stuff I can do without .. A couple of restaurants nearby and is walking distance to light rail stop... Neighborhood isnt bad either... One of the nicer locations I've seen for a hotel... Beds were comfortable... Staff was friendly... Gives you a fancy hotel vibe for a good price...."

"Loved this hotel! Stayed here for a wedding weekend and I’m so glad we chose it. Valerie and Andrea at the front desk were so helpful and just downright delightful. Cynthia took great care of us and price-matched a deal I found online so we had a room that could accommodate myself and three kiddos. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well thought out. There were small details we appreciated like decorative plants in the room, games and a large seating area in the lobby and vending machines near the ice machine on each floor. It’s a great hotel for the price and we 100% would stay there next time we are in the area."
