"Lobby is beautiful and inviting- nice amenities- gym is great! Well outfitted, bright and spacious. Front desk staff very helpful! I arrived after taking the red-eye and Mac was helpful getting my checked in so I could go back to bed. Rooms are OK- beds could be better- finishing touches are a bit over looked. The toilet and bath room basically touch and my room had this humming sound I could only drown out with the HVAC fan on high."

"Both Brianna and Briana checked us in. Very nice ladies. Great atmosphere. Nice decor and vibe. The elite lounge had a nice happy hour and the attendant was so attentive. Clean room, soft bed great stay. This spot should definitely be rated wonderful!"

"Best service! Best staff. My husband and I have stayed in many hotels from high and low price ranges and this has been hands down the best in Charlotte. The staff accommodated our restrictive diet for vegetarians. The club lounge has a lot of attentive staff specially Jen. Dixie gave me a complementary champagne glass because she saw I had my birthday balloon at the lobby and Maria our housekeeper was very nice as well. The managers went above and beyond on our stay. From the morning the special vegetarian meals till night to give us points if there was something not working in the room. Could not recommend more. No complains. The service at this hotel has been Really great !"
