"I didn't realize when I booked the room for 01/15/22 that they did not allow pets. After a 9 hour drive, I was denied my room and/or a refund because I had my cat with me. I explained that the cat could stay in my vehicle as I had it's food & litter box set up in my SUV. The desk clerk was very rude & told me that the cat could not be anywhere on the property even in my locked vehicle. He then told me to go away in an extremely offensive manner. By this time all the other motels were fully booked & I had to sleep in my vehicle at a rest stop."

"The first room had no carpet, roaches in the drawers and refrigerator, markings on the floor, holes in the furniture. I didn't even look at the bathroom. We moved to a better room, but house keeping is terrible. You have to make sure they clean the bathroom. Otherwise, all they do is empty the trash. We make our own bed, so that's not a problem."
