Hyatt Centric Charlotte Southpark

"This hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious and had all we needed, bed was comfy too! Staff was very kind and helpful. My only reason for 4 stars is the parking situation, you have to valet or park in garage around the corner and walk a good distance to get back to hotel, and you have to walk outside. Garage was free to park in but many spots inside are reserved, so very few available especially if you are driving a truck."

"Location was great. I had issues with the valet that I had to fix but overall it was convenient to have it. We have a infant that needs warm milk, no microwave un the rooms, which is terrible because we had to go downstairs to warm up milk and food. There are no signs, nothing noteworthy, just a microwave on the side behind the front desk. No pool for my little ones during downtime of our stay. The party was great and the staff was great."

"My boyfriend and I booked this hotel for a long birthday weekend. My boyfriend enjoyed previous Hyat hotels, so he was eager to book here. When we arrived, the lobby was clean and fresh. It was bright with attractive décor and the staff was very engaging once we walked in. We were greeted and checked in immediately and we made our way to our room. The room was beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable! There was a nice walk-in shower that also came with a handheld shower head which is something I have not really seen in prior hotels. I loved that feature! Sometimes us ladies like to give our hair a break and not get it wet so that makes it a bit easier! When it was time to unwind it was nice and quiet. Such a warm cozy space for a couple for a long weekend. Thank you, Hyatt!"

"Conveniently located by many restaurants and shops. Valet was convenient and the attendant who assisted me (I believe his name is Rafa?) took care of my vehicle and kindly helped me with all of my bags. Front desk staff were kind and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again."
