"Nasty hotel. Let’s start with the roaches crawling around in the room, bathroom and everywhere disgusting. The room was supposed to be a non smoking room but my bed spread was full of cigarette burns, dirty and God knows what else. Sheets had cigarette burns in them and they’re dirty and nasty. I took everything off and throw it on the floor. Why not replace the sheets instead of putting them back on the bed, it makes no sense. Stay away from this hotel is totally disgusting and apparently he owners don’t give a damn as long as they have your money and get you out there way."

"It was the worst night I spent at an accommodation. The place looks good in pictures, but upon arrival, it appears neglected and smells awful. The bathroom was clearly in need of cleaning, the toilet seemed to have been used before, and the faucet didn't work properly. Additionally, the room was non-smoking, yet it reeked strongly of smoke. During the night, I could hear someone trying to open my door; being alone, this terrified me. I couldn't sleep well. The air conditioning made a loud noise. Overall, everything was terrible, and I have no intention of ever returning. I do not recommend it, and if I could, I would give it a zero rating."

"We walked in the room and were smacked in the face with an awful smell. 5 mins after walking in we were welcomed by the roaches. Since I used my Choice points to pay for the room, we could not get a refund from the front desk. Call Choice Hotels to be relocated and was told they could not do anything until we were checked out for 24 hrs. So because I'm not sleeping in bugs, we left and slept in our work van. Now Choice Hotels is saying we were checked out at 11am, and giving us a hard time about reimbursing our points or giving us a room somewhere else. Bad business!!!"

"Overall the room was gross. When we first walked in, it smelled. I had to leave the door open for a bit to air it out. The shower curtain had mold on it, the toilet seat was broken, and the sink wasn't secure so it leaked when you used it. For a room that cost me $70 you'd think it be in a bit better condition. Also they advertise online as pet friendly but then they have a sign in their lobby that says no pets so don't stay here if you're traveling with your fur babies."

"Had roaches really bad. Asked for my money back after the first room. Said they had just dropped the money in the safe. Asked for a different room in the other building and the roaches were even worse. She finally agreed to give me my money back after the second incident. Just wanted people to know what I experienced."
