"Spent 2 days here. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast options on breakfast bar. Close to interstate and main south Carolina routes. I've been in the area many times over the years and 1st time I've stayed here. I will be back to this place in February."

"Good location near Charlotte without Charlotte prices. Breakfast was good, room was clean, service was great. My only note is there was some mold on my bathroom ceiling; I think because the ventilation fan wasn't working. (Room 113). Felt safe as a solo female. (Not always the case.) Quiet despite proximity to interstate. Overall, good stay."

"Overall my experience here was good but I had to give a 1 star rating because of how rude a staff member was to me. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The only off putting experience I had is as I was walking to the front desk to check in a man (I think some sort of housekeeper) walked by and I said hello, he gave me a nasty look, very unwelcoming and hostile. Other than that the stay was not bad. I would look into training the staff who works here to engage the clients a little more welcoming manner....Examples would be: "hello sir", or "welcome to the best western", etc. A hospitality business should treat their guests a little more warmly and not so cruel and mean. (I guess this is the world we live in today) The man in the picture is not the man from the hotel but the face is the same."

"Nice place overall, love it was pet friendly, and was able to get a 1st. Floor room. Tanya was very nice at check-in, great water pressure, and nicely appointed room, smaller TV. Breakfast was good also. I will stay here again and recommend it. Very good value!"
