"I had a wonderful stay, Nancy the manager was so responsive and answered all of me and my teams questions. The Flats are clean and well stocked, have a washer and dryer in the building and SO CLOSE to the New Belgium Brewery that we went for the best beer and great food trucks everyday. "Pros: The manager is very kind, helpful, and available to answer questions! Check in and out process was easy and straightforward. The units have nice, new appliances, and the kitchens were fully equipped. They also had local chocolate and coffee in the rooms! Spacious for two people with storage for clothes Location is in the River Arts District which is great & is walking distance from many excellent eateries and local shops! Drawbacks: Soon after arriving, we noticed the floors were pretty dirty, as we were walking around in our socks, which became dark brown in about an hour. The website says the floors are bleached between guests, and maybe this is true, but it is not effective if so. We wore clogs inside the rest of the time. The pictures of the units looks like there are balconies, but there are not. I feel like the photos are a little deceiving as they show a glass sliding “door” (really a sliding window) and a railing outside of it. The view is of a somewhat busy road and the very industrial New Belgium brewing factory (which might be a pro to some!) — Overall it was a great place and we would stay here again!"

"First time visiting Asheville and our friend put us up at River Row Flats. The rooms are so spacious, decor is very homey, full kitchen, large bathroom—exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect. An inexpensive Uber ride to downtown or a scenic 20 min walk with lots to do in between. New Belgium Brewery is right across the street. No doubt staying here again for our next visit. Highly recommend!"

"When staying in an "Air B&B" type rental, I don't necessarily want to be bothered - however, I do want it to feel personal. There is so much care put into these flats! From local chocolates and coffee in the kitchen, to a Christmas tree in our room to welcome us when we arrived, a lot of thought has been put into these rooms. It had everything we were looking for - it was convenient, very clean, and cozy. I also appreciated that we weren't expected to strip the beds and schlep our trash out as part of check-out, which makes it feel more like a luxurious hotel stay. Following our stay, Nancy reached out to me immediately, as I had left a very special and sentimental piece of family jewelry behind, and she offered to mail it right away. Thank you, we will definitely book here again."
