"Air conditioning continued to shut off and wouldn't turn back on due to some preset. There were no extra pillows. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Was somehow charged over $200 a night which was incredibly overpriced."

"Nice place to stay but the manager is very hateful an very rude... Called the law on me for sitting in the parking waiting for my friend to come out to take her to work. Wasn't for her it'd be a nice place. The landscaping is horrible and not maintained. Parking lot very dirty stuff everywhere. Dumpster overflowing. I jus would stay here at all."

"I have been staying at WoodSpring Suites since July, and have found the accommodations to be above adequate!! The staff go above and beyond to meet anything I may need, from linens to directions!! My hat goes off to the manager, Dionna, she's always got a friendly smile and has the patience of a Saint!!! Thank you all for making my stay so comfortable!!!"

"My family (my fiance & daughter) and I have been staying here since March. We are trying to find our own place, but this works for now. I have stayed other times but this time I see improvements. Very clean, no bugs and mostly quiet. I love the full sized kitchen since I have an one year old. It is bring your own dishes & stuff, but I don't mind since we have our own. The front desk& on site employees are all awesome! Super nice and helpful. The cleaning crew are always super sweet and attentive to our needs. We keep our room clean on our own but they do come in every 2 weeks and clean the bathrooms and stuff. We have a double room, and it's got enough space to have all our stuff and a play corner/area for her books& toys/ space to play. Laundry room is awesome ($2 wash & $1.75 dry) l also love that the windows open and work great. It's nice to be able to let fresh air in. Bathrooms are pretty big. I would definitely recommend staying here"

"Edited to add: I gave this place 4 stars until two women just opened my door at 8:50am while I was sleeping. Not happy. I drove 4 hours to get here as a halfway point in my trip, and I Vhad to check in after the front desk closed. Due to the storm, the hotel’s power went out for a while before I got here and the lobby phone didn’t work, leaving me to wait a bit until I was able to reach someone to check in. After a very long and frustrating day, this initially made me want to scream… but the live-in manager made me feel so much better just by being calm and kind, and it really helped me. I can’t thank her enough for that. The room isn’t pretty, sure, but I’m here to sleep so that matters very little to me. The bed is comfortable, sheets look clean, everything is tidy, and I’m ready to sleep. Also they’re pet friendly! If you’re staying here, drive slow on Monte Vista as I missed the entrance on my first pass (no sign at the roadside)."
