"great location close to restaurants and shopping. Room could have been cleaner but being an extended stay i came with my own cleaning supplies so it wasn't a big deal. (Nothing major just kind of dusty and then floor needed a good mopping). Pat and Sam at the front desk were great always finding the best rate. Being a choice hotel they do need to consider putting at least coffee if nothing else in the lobby but wish they'd did breakfast, even a dry continental breakfast it's better than nothing. All in all its a good choice of you need to stay somewhere on a lower budget."

"Alil better then extended stay America only cause they fixing up d place unlike extended stay America. Linen wasn't clean at all. Didn't look clean. I had 2 go out n buy my own towel n wash rag. Nice area but seem like d ghetto specially when night time falls. Never again. They say u get what u pay 4"

"The absolute worse ! We relocated and booked one night here the fire alarm beeped all night the actual alarm went off at 6 in the morning! The room was dirty pretty sure they have bed bugs because I itched for the 4 hours we where here! Management argues with everything you say. RUDE AND DISGUSTING. Will be disputing with bank to get money back."

"Wow this place..where do I start?if I could leave no stars I would. I was in a serious situation with my kids and had to stay a few days. Staff was rude and not willing to help with anything. The room was disgusting. Luckily I had cleaning products of my own. Old food left from previous stay all around the room,towels dirty and stained, room not clean. they have roaches and I see why. Very noisy all times of day and night. Fire alarms kept going off, fire department kept showing up. Several safety violation from fire department. Had to keep coming in my room to fix fire alarms etc. They are renovating and have old mattresses and trash being thrown from upstairs to dumpster below. No elevator. Never seen house keeping my whole stay.and when asked the staff about house keeping I was told they clean once a week and I had to Hall dirty things down 3 flights of stairs to be replaced with clean. They have guest staying with huge dogs that lunge and bark. The list goes on. This place is cheap and in convenient location but I would not recommend. You pay for what you get and unfortunately I was in a situation where I had to stay a few days. They have to do better!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I beg, CANCEL your reservation and stay anywhere else. Overall impressions: DIRTY rooms. Stained carpets, bloodstains on the mattress covers, and bug that looked like a bedbug. The worst part of all was the EXTREMELY rude, condescending, inconspicuously misogynistic manager (bald, round glasses.) Had the lack cleanliness been the only issue, I wouldn’t be writing this review, but interacting with the manager was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had, so much so that I’m filing a complaint with the American Hotel & Lodging Association. After checking in and inspecting the room, I came to the lobby cancel my reservation and request a refund due to the cleanliness issues, and the manager was the most inconsiderate person I have ever attempted to speak to. He consistently cut me off, raised his voice at me, pointed his finger in my face, crossed his arms, and quite literally yelled “i will not help you!” I had my boyfriend come in to talk to him, and the manager continued to berate us, tell us we were lying about the mess (???), and refused to offer us any assistance. I will be disputing the charge with my CC company, but I urge you to stay literally anywhere else. Pay the extra 50 bucks and stay ANYWHERE else. I’ve read some of the other reviews and it appears the GM is responding to negative reviews with “I can’t find your reservation” in attempt to discredit the reviewer. Rest assured, we booked online, checked in, saw the room, tried to cancel and get a refund, were told “write your silly review, I don’t care” and then went and stayed elsewhere. Don’t make our mistake, and just book somewhere else from the start."
