Hidden Valley Motel

"I haven’t stayed in a motel since I was a kid 40+ years ago. Our family with 3 kids went to Hidden Valley and it was better than most hotels at least twice the price. The room was comfortable and spacious. When one of my kids spilled crumbs all over the floor, I asked Jim for the vacuum and he gave it to me so I could quickly clean it up. The evening of the day we checked out, Jim sent me an email to let me know they found my son’s air pods case he lost under the bed and offered to ship to me. Hidden Valley is a great option if you’re looking for a place to stay in Boone. We will go again."

"Hidden Valley is obviously run by owners who definitely take pride in their amazing lodging for their guests!! This Thanksgiving weekend my son & I spent our second Thanksgiving weekend there, and last year being the first, the first thing I noticed was the quaintness of the room and how very immaculately clean it was!!! It was like being home away from home, such cozy sweet rooms and beautiful artwork on the walls in bathroom, just like walking into a mountain cabin, plenty of parking space, and another great thing is how you do not have to worry about someone knocking at your door at 8 or 9 am announcing, "housecleaning", just laid back good folks who you know love their establishment and most of all the great care they take in keeping their guests so very happy!!!! Hidden Valley is like a piece of Heaven in Boone N.C.!!!!!"

"The room was very clean and spacious. The owner obviously takes pride in the business.There is parking and a few good local restaurants in the area to choose from. We would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Great location near Boone and grandfather mountain. Super easy check in and checkout process. Rooms were really nice and clean. Nostalgic decor and updated bathroom. The walls were thin enough I heard the TV in the next room. The in unit A/C fan drowned it out, but if you are a light sleeper you may want earplugs."

"Made online reservation and arrived on April 27. Check-in was as easy as well. Room was just great! Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Bed was literally like a cloud with more than ample pillows. The entire room just exuded comfort and charm. The bathroom was absolutely spotless and have never experienced that level of attention to detail. From the hand painted murals to the high quality toiletries, it was just first class all the way. Involved ownership is priceless. Another plus was being several miles outside of Boone. What a mess. I will make sure this will be my first choice when traveling in this area in the future. Thank you for such a great lodging experience."
