"Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. I usually skip breakfast but this hotel actually serves good food. Rooms are nice and clean. The fitness center is perfect and it has a Peloton Bike I can use. The halls are mostly quiet and parking is free. No complaints"
"We stayed 4 nights while in town for a wedding in Asheville. It sits right next to the airport and has good local shopping just around the corner. The hwy to Ashville was under construction, but never had a problem making the drive. We had room facing the airport, and it was nice watching the planes take off with the mountains in the background. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room and amenities."
"Before our arrival we made a reservation online and paid the full amount up front for 3 nights. Not aware that our reservation was made through a 3rd party until arrival because these people are representing Hilton. Upon checking in Charlie said that we reserved a studio when we were told when making the reservation that it was a suite. We even wrote the information down when making the reservation. So already we have an understanding under false pretenses. Looked at the room and it was too small especially with the amount of guests we were having and a dog. So they upgraded us to the last suite and charged us an upgrade fee. A guest was to sleep on the couch and noticed we did not have any sleeper sofa sheets nor pillows. When pulling out the sleeper sofa there were tons of crumbs on the floor and looked like the living room area had not been vacuumed. We asked a housekeeper to vacuum and give us the bedding and they did. The 1st night there was a BUG on the ceiling in the bedroom and we were afraid of infestation. Also, the neighbors above us sounded like they were in a wrestling match it was extremely NOISY. We called Paul to take care of both situations and he killed the bug and said he was going to personally go upstairs to the people who were being so loud. Paul offered us to move to a different room but again it was studio that was way too small. Nothing bigger was available. The 2nd night the NOISY neighbors were still being loud. We looked at our charge card statements and Hilton over charged us! Unbelievable! So Paul said there were no managers coming in on Thanksgiving Day and we had to wait until Friday to talk to a manager. We always travel thorough Hilton and have never had a nightmare of a stay like this one. Don't waste your time!"
"We checked in right after they discovered a water leak in the hotel. The staff, especially Paul, did a fantastic job dealing with that and checking us in in a room away from the water leak. I would stay here again for sure!! The manager Rory also was very pleasant to work with! Great team especially under unique circumstances!!"
"The room was pretty clean. Younger guy who checked us in was very helpful. But the one we checked out, wasn’t very much. Being in the hospitality industry, I would say they need more training and knowledge with regards to the policies. Other than that, it was all good! The breakfast was good, my kids definitely love making their own waffle."
