"My wife, two Chow Chows and I stayed at the Element Asheville Downtown for three nights last weekend for a family Christening. First and foremost, everything about our hotel stay was fabulous. The employees from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the cleaning staff were so courteous and accommodating. Our two 'Queen Beds' room with kitchen was so spacious and clean that our dogs had so much room to lay out. The bed was so comfortable that that I slept better those three nights than at home. The bathroom and shower were terrific and they didn't skimp on the quality of their toiletries and number of towels. The breakfast each morning had a wonderful variety of items to enjoy and the dining area was spacious and clean. During our stay, we even did laundry and their LG washers and dryers were top notch. The seventh floor terrace area added to the wonder of the hotel and the view of the mountains was beautiful. We plan on returning to the Element every time when we visit our son, daughter-in-law and new grandson in Asheville. Thank you Elements' staff for the memorable stay."

"We will definitely visit here again. The hotel is so new and clean, with great views of downtown. I loved the full kitchens and how big the rooms were for our family. They offer complimentary breakfast and I noticed they had a beer/wine bar."

"Wonderful hotel! We had everything like an Airbnb. Filtered water, plates, stove and microwave. They have additional services like a shuttle to go downtown and to pick you up. There’s also bikes you can use for free."

"This place is simply amazing for the price. The rooms have everything you might need from a water filter to plates, cups and silverware. The hotel provides a shuttle service to downtown and back and free bikes to go around the city. I was impressed by the modern interior and furniture and definitely will be staying there again. This 3 star hotel is better than some 5 star hotels where I stayed in the past."

"Nice Hotel! We had to switch rooms three times because they gave us a downgraded room, we reserved a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch but when we went to pull out the couch late that night it didn’t convert so they switched us to a standard room with the two beds and a pull out couch even though we booked a room with a view, so the next day we switched rooms again to get in a room with a view and and all the beds we needed. Because the room we booked was not available the first night we were there. We did not receive any compensation for the downgrade or switching rooms three times. Otherwise the place is nice, very clean and a nice environment. The breakfast is incredible and healthy with lots of options and plenty of food. You can really hear the freeway. When we stayed in a the second room that was standard the window faced the freeway and was pretty loud that night. It is worth upgrading to a room with a view to not face the freeway and get a good night sleep."
