"Beautiful community! Very pet friendly. Love the two dog parks. Grounds are well maintained, amenities are wonderful, and apartments are gorgeous. Excellent management. Caring and kind staff! Highly recommend."
"When we moved in the the Hawthorne apartment community all was great and we were fairly satisfied with the property. As we began to interact with the one of the assistant managers assigned to us we grew more and more frustrated, and then outright angry with her condescending attitude, and unapologetic demeanor whenever she was mistaken. Mistaken, meaning forgetful. Very forgetful. Not all bad here, there is some good. The maintenance crew was outstanding. Very responsive, trustworthy and friendly. The community could use a bit more TLC on the outside - Trash dumpsters often overflowing into the parking lot, as it costs more to have a truck come more often BEFORE they overflow and scatter trash everywhere. Hallways and elevators with filthy floors became the norm as well. In the summertime we became frustrated with several parents that did not even live here - dropping off groups of 4-5 kids, who also didn’t live here, then picking them up at the end of the day. It became obvious that local s could come use the pool, leave all their messes behind, and get away with it. Several residents informed management, but nobody seemed to be taken seriously. When we got our lease renewal taped to the door, rather than emailed, that was the last straw. I assume it blew away, because we never received the first one. When we got the second one, we were up against an induced deadline to make a renewal decision before they jacked our rent price up. Why not just email this kind oof information, rather than scotch tape a piece of paper to the door. The hallways are windy, and tour first renewal notice was likely gone with the wind……Rent went up astronomically and we decided it time to research other apartment communities. Playing price poker with them, negotiating a reasonable renewal was fruitless. The term “Your apartment’s current market value” Is a subjective expression that just might make your blood boil. Paint the walls, mop the floors, and bring in another sucker. Although relocating is expensive, we were glad we left."
"The staff here are very kind and attentive. They didn't pressure me into making a decision and were just helpful all around! They told me that it was built in 2020, and everything feels really new. The appliances looked fancy and the courtyard in the middle felt cozy. When I went, they were having a plant swap as one of their community events! Another perk: There's a starbucks machine that works!"
"i absolutely LOVE their clubhouse!! it is so gorgeous and convenient. I haven’t had to buy coffee since i moved in with the starbucks coffee machine. the office staff is outstanding. Sarah is so sweet and helpful, Colin is the life of the party, and Bethany is the glue that holds them together and really brings the home vibe to the community. I can’t rave enough about the maintenance staff though! They’re so quick and always happy to help. I have never once had an off putting feeling by letting them come into my home to fix things. The location is perfect i am so close to everything i could possibly need, off day excursions are 20 mins away max in any direction. It’s also close to my favorite pizza shop, Fahrenheit Pizza!! 10/10 this community is top notch."
"Very nice. Luxury at the best. Good price. There's woods behind the complex. The complex is made up of two buildings. With courtyards. Amenities are great, with barbecues and big screen TVs in public areas. Dog areas. And a saltwater pool that's open year-round."
