Liberty Towers

"I have lived here for 4 years now and I really enjoy the place. It is an older building but the people that work here also live here and really push to make things better. We got two brand new elevators and new washer and dryers not long ago. Apparently this management was new about a year before I moved in and they were left with a lot to fix but they have been getting it done. Maintenance is quick to respond to emergencies and really fix things with care. I have a habit of caulking apartments when I move in (In any multi-unit building it’s smart-you can’t control your neighbors but you can control your apartment) and I don’t have problems with mice or roaches. Maybe the occasional spider. They receive packages in the office for people and take great care of them. I also got lucky and got one of the beautiful terrace apartments where I have a large outdoor area that overlooks the tail end of the park. My neighbors in my hall are also lovely people. Yes, there are a few bad apples but not many. The photos are off my terrace. The price is also so reasonable I have zero intention of moving anytime soon. If you are looking for problems, you will find them anywhere but if you are looking for a nice and affordable place to live, this is a lovely area."

"This place is terrible. they don't fix anything. rodents all up and through. rental office opens when they want. Mice, roaches. Rent is 950.00. So not worth it. PLEASE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!° do not move here. Elevator never work. homeless people always in the building. Always piss infested..just terrible."

"Put it like this Look some where else don’t move here yeah it’s cheep but being cheep comes with problems mice, old gloomy building, key pad don’t work on front door people can just walk in, someone peed in the elevator and the elevator so so out dated when it breaks down it’s down for a few days please pass on living here."
