"Theirs new management and she is the worst person to run the office. She didn’t want to renew my lease, cuz she is a person who abuses her authority and lies.she lied on my 3 kids and also lied in court. She (lashonda) also brought Foodstamps from tenants. And has a nasty attitude. In my opinion if u live here be prepared to walk on egg shells. Just be prepared to record and keep record. Cuz she will lie on you. And lie in court."

Even though they only have one maintenance guy repair work is always done with lightning speed. I am always recommending alder creek to people that want a nice quiet place to live."
