"Been here almost 2 years and no complaints at all! Any concerns are addressed quickly by the Property Manager and Maintenance. They also do a great job selecting great tenants. Everybody that lives here looks out for eachother and show love! -Dave"

"Do not move here, there's a constant water leakage and water is shut off for 8 hours, this happens 12 or more times a year.Notices are left on doors to fill buckets of water to wash ,or flush the toilet,does this seems normal.Maintenance is useless, but some residents think he's the best.If he's the best why is there always a water problem. There's alot of section 8 subsidize residents along with elderly disabled residents and ,should be treated fairly . Property manager will slight the residents she doesn't like, she's never there and if she is, she's smoking and chatting it up outside.Ladies keep your husband or boyfriend close, there are some lonely women at Chasemont ,they're on and off the elevator multiple times daily,or doing laundry at the exact time you're husband,these women are always present throughout the building, cannot help from running into them they're always present.Hud needs to investigate this water problem because Chasemont cannot fix it."

"I really have been enjoying my time here for the past year, maintenance always shows up when needed as soon as possible, the only issue i have is the parking, sometimes late at night, i will see people there without stickers, or some residents have more than one car, which takes up an extra parking space, i would not say that fact alone takes one star away, that is my only complaint. Management is great, always there for me!"

"I have been associated with this building since the mid-1990s. I've seen many managers come and go. Some good some bad. We had one manager that would use extremely profane language and scream at the top of their lungs at the residence. We have had a maintenance supervisor quit for not doing their job. Every time the leasing agent called them on the radio, the person would say that they were in their office, then the manager would watch the elevator stop at their floor (different than the office). When Corporate addressed the individual about this, they got upset. This individual wrecked everything in their apartment then stole every tool and took company documents and built a secret room to hide the paperwork in the maintenance office. Yes this place used to have a lot of water leaking. That was because they were not able to make repairs properly. We would have the water just shut off. That rarely happens. Mary tries to schedule shut offs well in advance so we get more than the law mandates for notice. In the event it's an emergency she tries to text those that have signed up for it. I have never heard Mary gossip about anyone. As far as others, in a closed in community, you will have gossip. It used to be worse. Had one resident actually sit in a chair on the 2nd floor and listen to the conversations in the lobby. Had another person on the 2nd floor go and listen at peoples doors. I feel Mary is the best manager this building has had in a while. I will happily recommend Chasemont to others!"

"I have lived here for about 3 years with my Fiancé and genuinely have nothing but good things to say about it. Every maintenance issue I’ve ever had has been fixed quickly and professionally by Chris and Mary is quick to solve any building issues. Since I’ve been living here and the management switched over from Georgia (Altman Company) to Mary (Michaels) she has continuously done projects to improve the building such as upgrading the laundry room, regular vacuuming and carpet cleaning of the hallways, the parking lot fixed, and most importantly having more security cameras installed! Additionally, the issue with parking was resolved as Mary took time to have the non functioning cars some residents were storing either towed or moved. I am very thankful to live in Chasemont and love the security that the building has. The neighbors sometimes can be loud in the hallway but other than that everyone is very respectful and friendly! The building is pet friendly & for the area the rent price is amazing."
