Ascot Landing

"The townhomes had much to offer, especially in the kitchen and living room areas. However, the bedrooms are tiny, and the bathrooms in the owner suite of some of the units we saw were bordering on causing claustrophobia. It's unfortunate because had the space upstairs matched the beauty of the downstairs, we would have snatched it up immediately. The leasing agent was pleasant and honest, and we appreciated her taking the time to give us a walk through, but it was challenging imagining the layout of a unit based on the 3D models. I wish we could see more actual homes and designs in person. Also, the location is very close to schools, so if you are looking for that and are a family, this might be awesome for you, but for a single couple looking for quiet and serenity, this might not be the environment you are looking for. Overall, it's pretty and conveniently located for groceries and shopping. The amenities are acceptable and accessible, and the neighborhood is pet-friendly, with plenty of walkways."
