"I went to go see this place and it was very nice and I even applied there. But this place communication is awful. I had to keep calling them to check on the status of my application only for then to tell me my application was denied for some trivial after I called them again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I'm glad I didn't move here. God protected me from this place so it was for the best."

"Recently moved from these townhome apartments and I’m telling you to RUN! Don’t move there! The apartments are basically old and run down with a face lift. Throughout my time staying there I’ve had multiple issues with plumbing, water leaks, bugs, appliances, and the overall condition of the apartment. Everything is old and outdated! Soon after moving in I noticed everything that glitters wasn’t gold. The painting over things and covering things up looks terrible. And maintenance is a joke at best. Literally people doing patch jobs and never really fixing the root of the issues. Be sure to put plastic over your windows in the winter or you’ll freeze to death and your electric bill will be high as hell. The added rules and regulations and towing are ridiculous as well not including the fact that the rent increases recently were insane and not worth it. It’s clearly all about the money for them. Parking is also TRASH there. You literally have to fight for a space because there are more residents than parking spaces. And they like to steal money from your deposit. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Actually… I would cause it’s HELL. The best thing there was my amazingly friendly neighbors. Glad I left."

"EDIT: They requested that we sign a lifetime gag order regarding this! We declined that. Our apartment has had a leaky front window for almost 8 months. Our apartment has flooded from the window, the washing machine backing up, and the shower not draining properly. Rent his high and any care for the property or tenants is surface level. Between broken promises, lies, and half-fixes it's been wet in our apartment for too long. EDIT: Added lovely pictures of the water damage. After posting this, they finally repaired it, but refuse to compensate us in any way for living like this for months."
