They take measures to make sure residents are safe, quickly deal with mishaps, and offer many resident events and giveaways. The amenities are pretty good. The neighborhood is very close to campus with a bus that stops here. Overall, a great place to be!"

"Been a Resident for over a year now and it has been the best experience! The staff is so welcoming and friendly! The maintence staff is very punctual and timely with all my apartment update needs. Tyana and Scotty are terrific managers that are always checking in to make sure you're doing alright in your unit. Also, Cassie and Reina are a tremendous help for all my questions I have may. They all make a great and contribute wonderfully to the quality of life at the Waverly! Certainly a 10/10 living area! What are you waiting for?! Sign that LEASE!"

"This place is great for students! Everyone is so welcoming! The facilities and buildings are beautiful. Super easy to get to campus with the shuttle service. The only problem I have has is with the apartment not being properly cleaned/fixed before moving in, but some cleaners came up to clean the floor which was dirty. There is still some things that need to be fixed and I hope someone is able to come soon. Overall I am so glad I am living here!"
