"Love the area and no complaints so far. The apartments are nestled into a nice quiet neighborhood, with deacons park down the street! Everyone in the leasing office is extremely friendly and helpful. Moved in July of 2023 and have loved it ever since. Updated apartments and beautiful kitchen. Moved into a 2 bed 2 bath. The master bathroom was a walk-in shower which was nice because I thought it would be a tub and the guest bathroom has a tub. Easy key fob entry and has call box for guest. One of my favorites factors is that it had a washer and dryer and is also pet friendly!! Maintenance is nice and easy, you just fill out a form on the app and you can click cannot entry without notice or not. And usually very easy. The app also makes paying rent very easy too. I think the only thing I wish they had was a gym but they do have a pool which makes up for it. Definitely one of the best apartments in Newark for a decent price."

"We love this place. We have been here 4 years and the office is kind, maintenance is wonderful and they are caring for fixing your apartment fixes. I known Jeannie and Jenn and Teresa since we moved here and they always been punctual on calls and responding back. This staff works hard and deals with so much. "I have been living here for a little over 2 months now and I love my apt! I moved here from the west end of PA for a new job and although there were some hiccups along the way, Jeanie, who works in the office was incredibly helpful! She really went above and beyond in helping me with getting an apt in time for the start of my job! The apts themselves are clean and modern. They have granite countertops, a microwave, an electric stove, fridge (with ice maker), combo washer and dryer, and balcony (if you live on the upper floors, ground floor apts have patios). I have a lot of natural light in my apt from the windows, which is awesome. It is a secluded apt complex, so it is very peaceful and quiet. There are no garages or storage lockers on the property. Pet friendly (I have two kitties). Delmarva is the company responsible for your electric and gas bills. Comcast is the only available internet/cable provider for these apts. Maintenance is exceptional, you can place a request that day and the problem is usually fixed! About the surrounding area--there is a park down the street (Paper Mill Park), a Rite Aid, CVS, VCA (Pike Creek animal hospital), Dunkin', Domino's and Zingo's (grocery store) all within a 10 min drive, but are also within a walkable distance. The only reason I did not give this place a 5 star rating is because where my apt is located it is usually difficult to find a parking space close to my apt when I get home late. Otherwise, I usually have to park further away. Aside from that, I am very happy living here and would recommend this apt complex!"

"We lived in one of the newly renovated building 100 ground floors for a few years. As an apartment, it was quite lovely. It was modern, clean, great size for the price, and well laid out. We had granite counters with an open style kitchen and some bar seating that I really loved. Maintenance was wonderful and had a nice automated system to put in tickets. They would always resolve issues quickly and were very friendly and clearly tried their best to keep the places beautiful and functional. The office was a little annoying to deal with at times, but it really just depended on the staff member you spoke with. My only real complaint were the crickets. They were in the vents, the walls, the floors... Not many though, maybe one a week or so during peak cricket season. But it was annoying and no amount of (free) exterminator visits would stop them. It's an old ground floor unit, so not terribly unexpected and they weren't dangerous or anything. Just surprising to find now and then."

"It is a quiet, peaceful, secluded community. I love how modern the renovations are. They have really done a great job. My friends and family come to my home and they always compliment my apartment and also the community. I have lived in a couple apartments in the Pike Creek area and this community is the BEST by far. I love the online maintenance requests that I can put in and the online payment options. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and welcoming. I love it here and would gladly recommend this community!!!"
