"My girlfriend had to leave her apartment early due to a bad roommate, while still paying rent. When we went to move out her stuff it had all been removed from her apartment before the end of her lease. When we asked the management about it, they refused to give us any information about what happened to her belongings. We dealt with Assistant Manager Chrissy who is one of the most shady and disrespectful people I have met in my life, especially considering we pay her salary and is supposed to be providing a service to those paying rent here. Not only did she refuse to tell us what happened to the stuff, she was bullying and rude, calling my girlfriend's cosigner her "gentleman friend", saying "my manager is on vacation, do you want me to force them to get on a plane and fly here right now?" and telling girlfriend she would not speak to the back of her head after she made her cry. I believe what happened is that they improperly threw away her stuff and resorted to aggressive and bullying tactics to not have to admit fault. I have lived many places on campus, most management is not great, but no place is worse than this."

"My son recently left the apartment, because he was finished school. The communication with your property has been horrendous. I have use the portal emailed you guys directly through the relit process and no one ever responded. I did some satisfaction by talking to Richie at the front desk he was great, but I repeatedly asked for something in writing about when my lease would be relet, and when it was approved, we got nothing. Not Sure why your communication is so awful but that’s something you should really focus on. The funny thing is you sent me an email about how things are going but you’ve never sent me one email that I’ve asked for in the past year."

"Horrible! My daughter and her roommate were totally gouged after moving out! When we moved them in we noticed multiple issues from dirty carpets, broken furniture and the kitchen and living room floor that were filthy.. We documented everything including photos and sent it to management before they officially moved in! After moving out, they were charged with the broken furniture (they never replaced or fixed) stains in the carpet that were there already.. We had to jump through hoops to talk to anyone about them keeping the deposit plus additional fees! The bottom line is it's a very shady management looking to take advantage of college students and their hard working families to keep deposits! The apartment was left cleaner when we found it and some, shame on this corporate complex.. Stay away!"

"Management is super friendly and easy to talk to. Any issue I ever had was able to get solved through them and they were very transparent about everything regarding to parking, room inspections, any repair requests etc. The place also is in a great location & perfect for off campus housing for students. Not to mention the amenities the place comes with is insane - courtyard for relaxing & grilling, gym, lounge, study area. Those are just some of them. One Easton is packed for things to do with people and is a great living experience."
