"Horrific place. Rent here if you want a garbage rental & you like waiting 3 months for them fix your fridge costing hundreds in lost groceries. Also rent here if you like losing 90% of your security deposit to things that were in your rental before you moved in. Also rent here if you like finding dead mice, active painters, and a dirty brown bathtub on move in day. Finally, rent here if you want to Mr German to be hours late to everything hes supossed to be at (move in, inspections)"
