"I avoid this location at all times. The ladies there are very unprofessional and not welcoming at all. Instead of greeting customers all they do is gossip. You’d think they stop while helping customers but nope! Blah blah blah… It’s actually very uncomfortable. You walk out of that location wondering if your item was correctly processed. Smh"

"I should have caught the workers name but she is the most disrespectful customer person I ever met, she was complaining about F-ing kids move around all her stuff on the weekend and laughing about how she was talking about kids, I found it pretty inappropriate and not professional at all. She couldn’t provide me the labels I was looking for than wouldn’t allow me to by the item I needed so I could go to another place to by my money order since they were all out. Talk about someone who clearly lacks basic customer service skills"

"Honestly I would go to the one on Packerland just to avoid Beth at the counter. I am in disbelief how rude she was and laughing? Like WHAT! I’m sorry that I didn’t pre package my packages for you; Packerland had been nice enough to do it the one other time in my life that I dropped a package off. Shame on you for the rude customer service. The audacity to talk to me in front of another customer and when I said I’d just go to Packerland from now on since Inconvenienced her she said “good” like wow!! Never again, avoid this place and go to Packerland lol they’re a lot nicer over there"

"The lady behind the counter is very rude about concerns, she wouldn't let me finish my questions, or listen to what I was saying, she kept cutting me off, acted as if anything I asked or said was stupid all the while smirking about it, she was very argumentative, and just not helpful at all. She really shouldn't be working with customers."

"When I first started using this post office, I had a very smooth process I have my own business I usually send packages from the post office quite frequently… Just as of the past couple of months I’ve had a $200 package not even being tracked or scanned in when I dropped it off at the post office, and after that experience I just started to have my packages picked up by the post office from my home, today I had no choice but to go back to the post office for an international package and the woman that helped me was very rude and seemed as if she didn’t even want to do her job. I was asking her basic questions and she was responding to me as if I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about! Will not be returning to this post office very disappointing Xperience, I’m not sure if it’s because they’re hiring new people… But I should not have had a package get lost that was dropped off at the post office and should’ve been scanned in as soon as I dropped it off."
