"I was under the impression that I could just drop off my cable equipment to return to AT&T, but this location is just for packages that are ready to ship ... they do NOT have the equipment in the store to package and ship loose articles so you have to go to the FEDEX store on S. Oneida St and Cormier .... So if you were like me and didn't understand, don't be a "Karen" and blame them for being unable to help you because they just can't do that there !!!!!"
