"AVOID THIS COMPANY. I was in need of a shipment fast so I had my vendor get it out ASAP, then It arrived to UP Special two days later, and I did not receive it. No call from them. When I finally tracked it I was told I needed a "Delivery Appt." WTH is that? Do I need a delivery appt for UPS or USPS? Nope. I was told by their "Terminal Manager" that times are tough, drivers out sick etc.... This is a poorly run business and falls very short of expectation."
