The grounds are well maintained. Maintenance is prompt and professional. They get the job done. It has been wonderful living here. I would recommend Pines45 to any one looking for a place to call home."

"I love living at Pines45 and as of now it will be my forever home. I have a 3bed/2ba ground floor with more space than my husband and I need. Love the high ceilings and updated look. So new and gorgeous! However, what really makes this place great is the staff of Pine45. Olivia, Caitand, Thomas, Justin, Melissa, Storm all do a very professional job and are friendly and kind while doing it. Yes, it's costly, but as the old saying goes "You get what you pay for!!' "We were new to the area, house hunting; found a wonderful apartment community to help bridge the gap, Pines45 Apartments! Units are modern with newer appliances and located minutes to downtown Gaylord. The office staff is super friendly, with an experienced and responsive maintenance crew. Management encourages resident interaction by organizing activities at the community center. I recall attending a delightful spring seed planting get-together, Cinco De Mayo celebration, summer barbeque, Halloween and recent Trivia party. We met many new friends at these gatherings, and were happy to see them on walks or bike rides, or at the community center, pool and gym. My wife and I highly recommend the Pines45 Apartments, save yourself some time and check them out!"

The staff is on it whatever it is you need they have your best interests in mind. Maintenance is very fast and gets the job done. Overall Pines 45 feels like family and I wish I could stay longer but my time has been cut short do to life. By far one of my best decisions in life was living here."
