"This hotel was awesome everything was clean the staff was awesome specially Marti Hodgkin I would highly recommend the jetted tub room cause the tub is more then big enough for 2 people and is very relaxing. Only thing I would recommend for the hotel is adult pool and hot tub time at night NO KIDS"
"Nice room and pool area. Decent breakfast only issue is I could smell cigarettes through the air vents and being in my 3rd trimester it made me nauseous the whole trip whenever we were in our room. I told the front desk and she apologized but didn’t resolve the issue at all. Will not be back due to the smoking issue."
"Thank you best Western for saving my night! Sasha was wonderful and was doing a great job juggling the phones and people at the desk. (I hope I remembered her name correctly, because she was great!) We came over to Best Western after a horrific hotel situation at the Quality Inn across town. Decided to spend a bit more and try the best Western. SO glad I did. Great hotel! It's warm, cozy and welcoming, even to an overtired mom and toddler who have been driving in snow all day and got stuck in Gaylord unexpectedly due to weather on their way home to the UP. Front desk was so kind and helpful and patient. I was basically in tears when we showed up and she had us tucked in to our room in no time. Pool and hot tub looked wonderful, although we were much too tired to give them a try. Looking forward to breakfast in the morning before our drive home. Thankful for our stay "
"I really like this place. I stayed at several area hotels recently and ended up hopping from one to another until Best Western. Breakfast was great and the pool and hot tub were incredible."
