"Room was clean! Front desk was extremely friendly and very accommodating to get our group together. Breakfast was hot and worked hard at getting more out as it got busy. Great location right off the eway."
"Stay is decent enough. Room was clean. Hotel seamed mostly clean. The problem I have is with the staff and more or less management probably. The entire staff uses the lobby as like the meeting main office area. They are constantly headed to the front desk to check with the "manager" about stuff. This is all stuff that should not be conducted in view of all the guests. Also no one is very friendly. Not rude, but they just could care less you are at the hotel. Given the $100 price point I suppose this is all expected, but there are other $100 hotels in the area that don't have this miserable lobby set up. Probably won't stay again."
"I love it! Back when they started construction of this hotel I was thinking "same old same old". Why do it? However this hotel is modern, tasteful, great location, pool that is actually heated and working (hotel pools in Gaylord tend to either be closed or freezing). I have a west facing window. Gorgeous sunset!"
"This was our first time staying at a Tru hotel. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, and bathroom/shower was great. It had a large lobby with plenty of space to relax. Lots of snacks and drinks available to purchase. Free breakfast was good. This location is near the freeway and close to lots of stores and restaurants. We will stay here again when visiting Gaylord."
"Overall our stay was excellent. Our rooms were very clean and the staff was accommodating. The only minor inconvenience was one of the elevators wasn't operational. Luckily the hotel only has 4 floors. The breakfast was good and the being able to use your phone as a room key was convenient. The local business recommendation boards near the elevators are also a nice touch. I'd highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Gaylord."
